Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student of Buddhism, one of our on-going classes can provide the in-depth instruction you have been seeking to enrich your practice and enliven your life. Our resident teacher explains what the Buddha taught in terms westerners can relate to and understand. Whether it’s basic beliefs, Buddhist philosophy, meditation and mindfulness, or methods for generating love and compassion, you can find instruction on the topics you are interested in.

Sunday classes are ideal for newcomers. These classes are suitable for everyone wanting to learn Buddhist techniques for understanding our minds facilitating a happier, more peaceful life.
This class is suitable for those who have completed the Discovering Buddhism series or have studied Tibetan Buddhism for a while. Required Text: Volume 3 Lamrim Chenmo.
If you want to study Buddhism in depth you might want to choose our Thursday night Discovering Buddhism series. It covers fourteen topics over 2 years and you are welcome to start anytime. This series gives the student a solid foundation in the teachings and practice of Tibetan Mahayana Buddhism. Analytical Meditation: Taught periodically throughout the year. Generally, our minds are embedded with confused, unrealistic thoughts and beliefs. Analytical meditation provides a solution to a wide variety of problems by helping you develop a more realistic view of your inner and outer world based upon reasoning.
Buddhism in a Nutshell: Taught periodically in five short classes, we introduce you to the major terms and concepts of Buddhism - a fast tour of the basics to enable you to take the next steps if you want more.
Pujas: A puja is a prayer gathering. Everyone is welcome to attend all pujas. We need positive energy for our enlightened potential to grow and become perfect and one of the best ways to do that is to make beautiful offering and prayers to the Three Jewels and to our Spiritual Teachers. We perform Medicine Buddha Puja and Guru Puja once a month. Medicine Buddha Puja is particularly beneficial for mental and physical healing and world peace.
